It all started as a vision of my Uncle Johnny’s….

In 1981, through hard work and determination, Mineo’s opened it’s doors in Hollywood with huge success as one of the first wing joints in South Florida. As other family members jumped on board, Mineo’s began to expand to other locations. By adding old family recipes, with the likes of authentic N.Y. Style Pizza and pasta dishes to the menu, we became known for having a little something for everyone.

As a child, I began spending all of my summers working side by side with my Uncle Johnny. As I grew older, my passion for the business grew stronger and I knew that this is what I always wanted to do.

In the spring of 2003, my wife Jenn and I took a trip to visit my sister Lorraine in Brentwood, TN. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful surroundings and southern hospitality. Following the birth of our son P.J., we made Tennessee our home.

In September of 2005, Mineo’s in Cool Springs opened it’s doors! We are honored to be a part of your community and we look forward to serving your family for generations to come.
